Dave presses a button for a living. Sometimes it’s in the middle of a production circus, sometimes it’s just Dave and a subject trying to find the right light. He has spent 15 years shooting fashion, lifestyle, commercial and NGO work, and still loves the hunt for a shot, and the moment when it lands. Sydney’s home, but the camera gets around.

Dave has worked with brands like Vodafone, H&M, United Nations (UNHCR), Commonwealth Bank, David Jones, BBC, Tourism Australia, Optus, Westfield and Hilton, teaming up with agencies and production crews on sets that stretch from cyc walled studios to monsoonal Nepalese jungles, and all steps in-between. Along the way he’s pointed a camera at a few well-known faces, Chris Hemsworth, Hugo Weaving, Daniel Johns, Elsa Pataky and Jane Seymour among others.

The sets change, but the job stays the same; keep pressing the button until something looks good.
